RETURN POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
Optical Retailers: All returns/exchanges, please contact your Brand Ambassador to provide an RA, certain conditions apply.
Specialty Retailers: Send a request to returns@8-Agency.com so that a Return Authorization can be provided, certain conditions apply.
Key Accounts/Department Stores: Please contact your Account Manager
To be eligible for a return authorization, your eyewear must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with no damage to the eyewear or packaging. You’ll also need to provide your invoice details at the time of your request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label with a return authorization, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like "Final Sale" or "Exclusive Styles".
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
